What does it cost?
Year 1: £495 + VAT for a single annual license, support and upgrades.
Year 2+: £245 + VAT for an annual license, support and upgrades.
Prices subject to increase, but are held at rate of inflation for existing users or anyone who has taken an initial trial in the last 30 days.

Can I use it on multiple computers
You can use your license on up to 3 computers, but for one user.

Which platforms is it available for?
Currently available to Microsoft Windows users (7 or later) running Microsoft Excel 2013 and 2016 (including Office and Office 365 - 2016 recommended).
Mac users, Excel for Mac version 15.19 (160206) and OS X v10.10 "Yosemite" or later.
iPad with Excel for iPad is not currently supported.
You can share your files between all 3 versions, via email, OneDrive etc.
It will not work with the ONLINE versions of Office or Excel as these are too slow.

Where can I find the software?
Caldes V8 Developer is a Microsoft Store Add-In. We are confident that this is the first property dedicated product globally that is available on the Microsoft Office Add-In store
and so we are very proud of that. As with all of our products, another first!

Are there any minimum requirements?
We recommend that when running the software that there is at least 1GB of RAM free. You can check this from Task Manager (right click on Task bar)

Where are my files stored? On the cloud?
This is entirely up to you as your files are stored like any other Excel file, but we recommend Microsoft OneDrive if you want to access your files from different locations.

Do I have to be online to use the software?
Only when you initially log in or start up. This loads the cloud software to your computer and then you don't need to be online.

How similar is the software to V7?
If you have used Caldes V7 or earlier then you will find V8 instantly recognisable, but it is all new from the ground up. V8 is quicker than V7, once you get used to the changes.
